Prices - Payment is in GB Pounds via Paypal.  Please contact me beforehand for price confirmation of personalised/commissioned goods.

The website is linked to Paypal which is the easiest and quickest way to pay for goods in a secure environment. When you click Checkout you will be taken to Paypal to make your payment.

Paypal accepts all major debit and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Amex, Visa Electron, Switch and Solo. They use secure SSL technology to protect your card details from internet fraud.

Postage & Shipping - The prices shown are for standard delivery to UK mainland and Northern Ireland which usually takes 1-2 working days. In the unlikely event that goods ordered and paid for are not available then you will be contacted and offered the choice of a full refund or a substitute item. Please note during busy periods i.e. Christmas/New year, Easter & Bank Holidays please allow upto 5 working days for the dispatch of your items.

Returns Policy - Items will not be refunded if you simply change your mind! All Items are well packaged and carefully created with love and attention to detail!

Whilst every care is taken to ensure parcels are well packed, if your goods arrive damaged or are incorrect then please contact me at info@charismacardz.co.uk within 7 days of receipt. A refund or replacment of  the goods minus the cost of original postage shall be refunded. You will be responsible for postage costs back to myself. Please do not return damaged goods until you have contacted me.

Refunds will be made through PayPal within 14 days of receipt of your returned items.

Please note that a refund cannot be given on personalised items that have been made to order, unless faulty/damaged, nor on earrings for hygiene purposes.

Abuse of Service - You agree not to use the website directly or indirectly for any unlawful purpose or so as to cause distress or offence to any person. I reserve the right not to process your order if I decide that you are using the website for such purposes and ban you from placing orders in the future.

You are not permitted to change, copy, store, publish, rent, licence, sell or distribute any of this material.
